1.日常使用时不能湿着手触碰耳机插座,容易造成触电等事故,需要十分注意。

2.在不使用的时候,把防尘盖子盖上,否则耳机插座的表面的镀层长时间与空气触摸后会发生氧化,容易导致耳机插座与插头造成接触不良等现象。

3.目前耳机插座主要有2.5mm3.5mm两种规格,在使用的时候要根据设备来选择,不同规格的耳机插座设备的使用要求上也是会有所不一样的,有些设备并不兼容2.5mm规格耳机插座的使用,强制使用容易损坏耳机插座。

4.耳机插座的绝缘电阻一般都是大于或者等于100MΩ,绝缘电阻指的是不相接触的耳机插座导体之间的电阻,如果小于100MΩ,导体之间的电阻会负荷不起正常的电流,容易损坏耳机插座。

5.如果在使用耳机插座时,出现声音异常,或者有烧糊异味等情况,应当立即切断电源,进行检修,避免出现一些安全事故。

6.在耳机插座工作时不要超过规定的最大额定电流,如超过了最大额定电流,会使耳机插座内部的一些元件加快老化等现象,轻则可能会导致在使用时会出现无声或者其它等故障,严重又可能会损坏其耳机插座。

7.当线路接通时,耳机插座的两个触点导体间的电阻值叫做接触电阻,一般耳机插座的接触电阻最好不要超过0.03Ω以上。

8.耳机插座的抗电强度一般都应大于AC500V,其抗电强度又叫做耐压指的是耳机插座相接触的之间导体所能承受的电压。如耐压小于AC500V,在设备工作时运行比较大的电压时,耳机插座之间的导体会负荷不起,从而导致会有烧毁的可能,我们要重视这一点。

9.耳机插座在日常使用中,在插头插入耳机插座时的插拔力度不要太大,否则有可能损坏耳机插座内部的传输芯片。

5.If there is any abnormal sound or burning smell when using the headphone socket, the power should be cut off immediately for maintenance to avoid some safety accidents.

6.Do not exceed the specified maximum rated current when the headphone socket works.If the maximum rated current is exceeded, some components inside the headphone socket will accelerate aging and other phenomena.

7.General headphone socket contact resistance had better not more than 0.03 Ω.

8.The electrical strength of the headphone socket should be generally greater than AC500V,

if the withstand voltage is less than AC500V, the conductor between the headphone socket will be overloaded when the device runs at a relatively high voltage, which may lead to burning.

9.Do not insert the plug too hard into the headphone socket, or it may damage the transmission chip inside the headphone socket.
