Usage:

There are T slots and holeson the working surface of the Surface Plate With Sink, so it is used to fix thework piece to debug, maintain and mount equipment.

Material:

High-strength cast ironHt200-300. After artificial heat aging treatment, the internal stress wastotally eliminated, so the surface plate have stable accuracy and goodwear-resisting performance.

水槽平台的使用注意事项：

水槽平台在使用时要先进行安装调试。然后，把水槽平台的工作面擦拭干净，在确认没有问题的情况下使用，使用过程中，要注意避免工件和水槽平台的工作面有过激的碰撞，防止损坏水槽平台的工作面；工件的重量更不可以超过铸铁水槽平台的额定载荷，否则会造成工作质量降低，还有可能损坏水槽平台的结构，甚至会造成水槽平台变形，使之损坏，无法使用。水槽平台在使用时要先进行安装调试。然后，把水槽平台的工作面擦拭干净，在确认没有问题的情况下使用，使用过程中，要注意避免工件和水槽平台的工作面有过激的碰撞，防止损坏水槽平台的工作面；工件的重量更不可以超过铸铁水槽平台的额定载荷，否则会造成工作质量降低，还有可能损坏铸铁水槽平台的结构，甚至会造成水槽平台变形，使之损坏，无法使用

A surface plate should beleveling before use and be protected against damage. The top should befrequently wiped clean from dust and other particles. When measurements arebeing made, a cloth should be spread on the surface plate on which small toolsand gauges can be placed when not in use. When the surface plate is not in usethe top should always be kept covered.
