A．外壳说明：        外壳采用1.2mm安钢产镀锌钢板压制成型,表面喷涂75um厚环氧树脂粉体。由上柜、台面、下柜三部分组合成型，水、电、气管线安排在外壳与内衬间，台面置于下柜上，上柜内。
B．内壳说明：       采进口  6mm灰色,耐酸碱有机溶剂之实验室专用抗蚀材质。为了方便重复拆卸采用PVC固定间与外壳结合，并在左右两侧设有维修门，尺寸约450*330  MM
C．操作台面说明：   台面采用16mm厚实验室专用环氧树脂板台面（上海斯地福）.边缘向下翻面26MM,或另选台面
D．日光灯说明：     采用全罩式30W日光灯2支，灯座采SUS 不锈钢制品,并设有5mm雾面刚化玻璃。
E．把手说明:        采用SUSㄇ字型把手。位于调节门下框条中间，下缘边为圆弧造型，以避免气流进入柜内时产生扰流现象。
F．电气操作板说明： 电气操作铭板采SUS制品。调节开关为触摸式按键。可控制电源总开关、照明、风机及备用电源。位于上柜的右侧板上方，使之便于使用者操作。
G．汽流板说明：     采进口6mm灰色,耐酸碱有机溶剂之实验室专用抗蚀材质。其固定于上柜的背板上，采用优质PP材质特殊固定件，以求美观。并便于拆卸清洗。
H．电源说明：       采用德国实验室专用电源插座，带防溅盖，以便有效防尘、防水。每台通风柜均设有两只。在通风柜下柜的内左上方设有配电箱一只，其中配有空气开关，以达到安全用电要求。
I．窗口说明：       窗口采用6mm安全防爆玻璃,并采无段平衡装置。
J．风速及噪音说明:  0.5m/sec.以上,每小时1500-1800立方风量,65分贝以下，完全符合要求。
K．化验水槽说明：   采用PP制作 ,耐酸碱一体成型小水槽，具有过滤及堵臭功能，以便通风柜内用水方便（可选项）。
L．化验龙头说明：   采用（意大利--TOF）实验室专用单口化验龙头（可选项）。
M．考克说明：       采铜制外表经EPOXY烤漆处理，为耐高压、耐酸碱、耐热材质, 单口隔离操作式（可选项）。
N．抽风机说明：     抽风机外壳采耐酸碱之材质,风叶采PP抗酸碱之风叶, 马达采用瑞之鑫3ψ220V _HP,风车马达出风口采用优质PP管 ,风车外壳采用PP制,风管 "_ψ。(依现场实际尺寸计算)
O．调整脚说明：     采用直径9MM镀锌螺杆, 以便隔离水汽并良好的调节水平。下衬防水垫。
