适用范围：
本机适用于热压成型及压纹成型如PU皮、牛皮、猪皮、活动鞋底、泡绵成型、鞋面成型、针织棉成型或各式皮件压纹成型等。

This machine is suitable for hot-pressing forming & embossing forming such as: PU leather, cowhide, pigskin, movable shoe pads, sponge foam forming, vamp forming, knitting cotton forming or various leather-wares embosing forming etc.,

配备特点：
1、本机为电热热压成型，温控采用智能型温控系统，温度可因需要而调整，上下模可各别控制温度，最高温可达350度，使产品达到更完美及精确之压着成型。

2、本机乃龙门式结构设计，承受压力大，抗张力强，寿命长。

3、油压动力强，并可同时生产多样产品而仅需更换模具即可，省时、省力，提升效率亦可单独作业。

4、模板尺寸、压力及电热可因客户需求而另制。

1.      This machine is a electric-heating forming, the temp can be adjusted as necessary, Especially. The up & lower molding can be controlled the temp separately, the max. temp can be reached 350oC since, that can be achieved more accuracy & completion for pressing forming. 

2. This machine is designed of double coluimm structure which can be resisted big pressure, long servicing life and high tension resistance.

3. Robusted for hydraulic Power and can be producted multiple products simultaneously by changing molding, time & labor saving, advance efficiency and can be operated independantly.

4. Mould dimension, force and electro-heat could be customized.
